People do different things all over the world, we got used to face different culture and way of thinking. In Indonesia, birthday is time to pray and say grace (slametan). While in Mexico, most kids have big parties. As for me, I'd rather save the money on Sarah's education account and her retirement account. Beside for us what fun can it be to have party while our family is far away. Well, it is fun to learn many different cultures, and we surely look forward for more cultures to experience in our future.
