Belle was scratching herself so much for a while before finally I saw two spots on her body where the hair came off and look so red. I took her to the Vet immediately. One of the things that I like about Mexico, all services are easy, no need to make appointments like in the US. BTW after examining her the doctor said that she had scabies (wooo! semacam kurap). He said that she must have been in contacts with other dogs. I said Yes because I put her on the side garden with the fence facing the road. Other dogs are passing by all the time and stopped by to see her. So they kissed and do doggy talks there.
She got two shots and the doctor put her in hospital for 3 days. During these days Sarah was crying, didn't want to go to school and was very unhappy most of the time. While Maria busy cleaning and disinfecting all carpets, Belle's mat and toys. But poor Sarah, as soon as she woke up every morning, she will turned her body facing the wall and started to cry (terisak-isak). She missed Belle so much.
Yesterday we picked up Belle from Hospital after 3 days. The two of them were very happy. Sarah said: "mommy...Belle kiss my armpits again, I like it." Once we got in the house Belle ran around and rolled over in every room. We're back to normal days again when the two of them cannot be separated.
Well, as long they;re happy....and Healthy.
